Why Is My Client Not Receiving WhatsApp Messages I've Sent?

When a customer receives a WhatsApp message from your team for the first time, they are prompted to either Accept or Decline the conversation. If the customer does not respond or chooses to decline, they will not receive messages from your team until they choose to Accept. 

What Should I Do If My Client Isn’t Receiving Messages?

If your customer is not receiving messages, it’s likely because they:

  • Ignored the initial message without accepting it, or
  • Declined the conversation.

In these cases, we are unable to reset the communication status on your behalf due to compliance policies.

✅ Recommended Action

Please ask your client to send a WhatsApp message to your dealership. Once they initiate the conversation, the communication channel will be automatically reactivated.

This ensures that the client has explicitly opted in to receive messages, which is required for compliance.
