Getting Started Checklist for Advisors

You've recently joined ExpertConnect and are ready to hit the ground running. Follow the checklist below to go from Beginner to Expert in no time. Each item has a link to the corresponding help article to walk you through how to complete the task.

Advisor Account Setup

  1. Download the ExpertConnect app and login with your mobile phone and company email address.
  2. Login to your account online at ExpertConnect.deere.com. Visit this article to learn more about our Registration Process.
  3. Ensure that you Accept Permissions for the app when prompted.
  4.  Setup your User Profile to best fit your needs. 
  5. If you are on multiple teams in your company's ExpertConnect account, Choose your Default Team.
  6. If desired, update your Notifications Preferences.
  7. Connect your account to Operations Center. Click here to learn how. 

Customer Adoption Tips & Best Practices

  1. To help transition customers to calling your team's VoiceHub number instead of your personal number, set-up an Automated Text Response on your device.
  2. Go through the Marketing Toolkit for ideas & inspiration.

Get Familiar with ExpertConnect

  1. Create a Ticket with a customer from either the app or web dashboard.
  2. Understand the difference between Private & Public Note within a ticket.
  3. Whenever you call a customer back or place an outbound phone call, utilize Call from VoiceHub.
  4. When issues are resolved, always Close your Tickets.
