Add a team to the web directory: Remove a team from the web directory:

Just like our mobile app directory functionality, the web directory allows users to to add or remove public team contacts from their personalized view. Follow the steps below to learn more about how to navigate the web directory. 

Only public teams will show in the directory. Please view this help article to understand team visibility settings. 

If there are teams already listed in the directory, it's because you are a recognized contact with that team and have a history of tickets with them

 

 

Add a team to the web directory:

  1. Click on the Contacts page.
  2. Select Teams 
  3.  Search for team or organization name 
  4. Click the plus sign to add team to directory

 

Remove a team from the web directory:

  1. Click on the Contacts page.
  2. Select Teams 
  3. Click the minus icon on right of the company name and confirm that you want to remove the team.
