Parts PSS Available Team Phone Numbers:

In order to find a team on the web dashboard, you must complete one of these two options to begin ticket history and search from the web dashboard. 

  1. Text the Parts PSS team number(s) listed below from your phone number associated with your ExpertConnect account and give them the following information: Name, Email, Dealership Name and Location and XID. This will start a ticket with a Parts PSS team with you as the customer. Once the ticket is created it can be managed from the web page. 
    1. PSS Order Management - 309-886-6880
    2. PSS Post Shipment - 309-886-6811
    3. PSS Reman - 309-886-6840
    4. PSS Returns - 309-886-6805
  2. Search for the team either by team name or account name from the Contacts page in the mobile app. You can read more on Opening a Support Request in the Mobile App with an External Team here.

Once you have created an initial ticket with a Parts team, you will be a known contact and can search the “Create New Ticket” on the web dashboard moving forward.
