From the Web Dashboard:
- From the Create New Ticket box Type PDC or PSS, a list of available teams will populate. Click on the ticket icon and fill out the title and Issue Summary, once you click submit a ticket will be generated with the appropriate team.

From the Mobile App:
- Click the plus button to create a new ticket, search for the team by name or account name from the populated list. Click the ticket icon fill out the title and issue summary to create your ticket. You can read more on Opening a Support Request in the Mobile App with an External Team here.
