Requesting Removal of Phone Number Spam Label

Registering your team phone number with Hiya will take steps toward decreasing the chances of the phone number being marked as SPAM. 

By registering your phone number with Hiya, major phone carriers will need to accept the information provided. ExpertConnect does not have control of when the form is accepted nor will our team be notified if/when the carriers accept the information provided to them. 

 

 

Requesting Removal of Phone Number Spam Label

If you have registered the team phone number(s) with Hiya and they are being marked as SPAM, follow the directions below. Open this link to begin the process. 

1. Enter in your email address and provide a description.

2. Select "Business" in the drop down that says, "Is the problem affecting a personal line or business line?"

 

3. Provide your business name and website. Fill in the number(s) with incorrectly labeled as “spam.” 

   *If reporting multiple numbers, separate them with a comma. 

    Provide your name and title

 

4. Check “I accept the Terms and Conditions for submitting data” in the checkbox, then click “submit.”
