This guide walks you through creating your free client account in ExpertConnect.

1. Access the ExpertConnect Login Page

Use the provided login link to open the ExpertConnect login page.

2. Log In with Your John Deere ID

  1. Enter your username (RACF-ID or John Deere username).
  2. Enter your password.

If you do not have a RACF-ID or John Deere username, select Create New Customer Account. 


3. Choose an Account Option

  • If you have previously logged into ExpertConnect or created tickets with a team using ExpertConnect, choose the Returning User option. 
  • If you are new to using ExpertConnect, choose the New User option.

4. Complete Your ExpertConnect Profile Information

  1. Enter your first name and last name.
  2. Provide your email address (required).
  3. Add a phone number (optional)
  4. Review your entries.
  5. Click Submit.

5. Reconnect Your John Deere Login

  1. Navigate to your user profile in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Reconnect.
  3. Login using your John Deere credentials.
Your account is now fully set up.
