Steps for the Mobile App Steps for the Web Dashboard

For certain troubleshooting scenarios, the dealer success team may request you capture and share your browser logs. Enabling device logs allows our engineering team to view the specific steps you took leading up to the issue. This helps them better understand the problem and work toward a resolution more efficiently. 

Steps for the Mobile App

  1. Click on your settings in the bottom right corner
  2. Toggle on the section that says “Enable Session Recording”

 

Steps for the Web Dashboard

  1. Click on user profile on the web dashboard.
  2. Click on Privacy & Notifications
  3. Check the Enable Session Recording button to enable.
