ExpertConnect now requires all users to link their John Deere credentials to provide a more seamless and integrated experience with John Deere digital tools.  

Are you getting this pop up? 

1. Click Go to User Profile

2. Click Add Account under the Connect your John Deere Login 

3. Enter your username (RACF-ID or John Deere username).
4. Enter your password.

5. If you do not have a RACF-ID or John Deere username, select Create New Customer Account and follow those steps. You can also create a John Deere Login here. 

If you've already added your John Deere ID, follow the below steps to reconnect your account. 

1. Click Go to User Profile

2. Click on Reconnect. 

3. Login using your John Deere ID to make your connection.
