While all ring schedules must be created from the web dashboard, account managers and admins are able to edit ring schedules on the go from the mobile app.
Select the ellipses from the navigation bar and click Manage. From there, you'll be able to select which team you would like to edit the ring schedule for by adding/removing advisors or enabling/disabling a ring schedule.
Ring Schedule on Mobile vs. Web
From the mobile app, you are able to edit the following:
- Add or remove advisors from the primary and secondary slots
- Enable or disable a ring schedule
You are not able to adjust the following from the mobile app:
- Create or delete ring schedules
- Adjust the time frame or recurrence of the ring schedules
- Change custom messages that are played
