Share an ExpertConnect Ticket

There are times when an advisor may need to share a ticket with someone outside of their ExpertConnect account. Every ticket in ExpertConnect has a complex URL that you can share with others.

Important Security Update:

To protect sensitive information, shared ticket links now require recipients to log in using their John Deere ID before they can view the ticket.

From the web dashboard

  1. Inside of any ticket, click on the Share Ticket URL button to access the view-only version of the ExpertConnect ticket.

2. Copy the browser URL and paste it into another platform.

3. Inform recipient that they must log in with their John Deere ID to access the ticket.

From a ticket report

  • Download a ticket report from the Tickets page of the web dashboard.
  • Share the ticket URL from the report, noting that John Deere ID is required.

From the mobile app

  1. Inside of a ticket on the mobile app, tap on the Share button at the top right and then click Copy next to the ticket URL.

2. You can paste the URL into another platform.

3. Recipient will need to authenticate with their John Deere ID to view the ticket.
